ORGANIZED, DEDICATED, SUPERBLY PROFESSIONAL

As a seasoned purchaser of property and someone who has relocated several times due to his career, I had high expectations of what I expected out of my realtor when I was transferring with my company and entering the Pennsylvania market.  After two prior failed assignments for realtors we will call "challenged", a colleague recommended that I request Michele through my company's relocation department (who we will also call "challenged").  Michele was a delight from day one.  Michele got the opportunity to meet my family who had helped me transport my animals via the air and her first response to me was "you look so young!"  Always a plus even if it was just to find out later that Michele had recently lost her glasses…

            Michele and I were looking at a time when the market was superheated.  Houses would go on the market and before I could get off work, they were gone.  Michele never once gave up and kept saying "we'll find you a place".  I felt terrible on many occasions less for myself and more for her.  I mean, how many nights can one poor person have to spend with me.  She reassured me she loved what she does and that it was her pleasure to help me.  She said she was sorry we were not having more luck finding the house that I wanted. 

            Michele spent many an hour with me.  Nearly everyday after work and on weekends, we would go in search.  We found the house with the full toilet (and Michele said "I cannot let you buy this house, your Mother would KILL me!), the house that a dead woman owned, the up and coming real estate mogul's house with the ever increasing price point, and the house that time forgot.  I made two unsuccessful offers on the two of the four listed prior (hint, one was NOT the full toilet house) and Michele was a trooper during it all.  The third try was the charm and I found a place.  Michele was there to greet me at closing with a beautiful plant and helped it start to feel like home on day one.

            Michele was always available with suggestions for contractors.  This was especially important when I decided to sell the house a few years later.  Michele got it onto the market and with her hard work; we were able to get it sold.  Michele was very upfront and honest as she assessed the home.  She critiqued it with a buyer's eye and provided me contacts to get the touch-ups completed.  She was frank and honest about the price point and kept me updated as we progressed.

            Michele was one of the most organized, dedicated, and hard working realtors that I have ever had.  I recommend her often and frequently to anyone looking for a home in her area.  I have just stopped saying "I recommend" and switched to "I'll call her for you, you'll thank me later".  If anyone is looking for someone who helps you help yourself and get you into the home of your dreams, look no further than the superbly professional services of Michele Dayoub.
